Gerald T. Delk was raised in Midland, Texas and attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. He received his Doctor of Medicine at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX in 1998. He completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Darnall Army Medical Center at Ft. Hood, TX in 2001.
Dr. Delk completed his MBA at Texas Tech University with focus on health care management. He is a practicing emergency medicine physician at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center in Austin, TX. He combines his business and clinical acumen as a Designated Doctor for the State of Texas and is developing cutting edge, groundbreaking software to enhance the medical reporting of injured employees.
Dr. Delk serves honorably as a Major in the US Air Force Reserve. He completed overseas tours in Germany, Kosovo, and most notably a fifteen month deployment to Iraq with the 1-36 INF, 1st Armored Division in 2003. During his deployment,
Major Delk was awarded the Bronze Star, the Combat Medical Badge, and the Presidential Unit Citation.

Elizabeth Tyree was born and raised in Texas. She graduated from Seattle University and has been involved with writing, editing, and communicating ideas for over 30 years. The bulk of Elizabeth's writing experience has occurred in the legal arena and she is devoted to making "legalese" comprehensible to non-lawyers.

Tammi Jean was born in Tokyo, raised in Arvada, Colorado, and currently lives outside San Antonio, Texas. Tammi Jean is an expert in maximizing adult learning for professional and avocational success. During her 15 years in training and development, she has trained and coached over 16,000 adult learners in a broad spectrum of content, including professional development, management and leadership development, employment law, and technical systems / user applications training.
Ms. Franklin completed her MBA at Western International University with a focus on business management, leadership, and innovation. She has been both an employer as a small business owner as well as an employee in multiple industries, including aeronautical, not-for-profit, pharmaceutical, government, banking and finance, and telecommunications.
